You must have a SAMI file exported from Verbit - Exporting Captions from Verbit‍ 

  1. Sign in to YouTube Studio
  2. Click Subtitles
  3. Locate the video you want
  4. Click the title of the video
  5. Click ADD
  6. Choose Upload file
  7. Choose with timing
  8. Click CONTINUE
  9. Locate the file
    look for .sami
  10. Click the file
  11. Click Open
  12. Click Publish
