Before you begin

You will need your Routing and Checking numbers for your direct deposit

  1. Log into the Online Student Account Center - Access the Online Student Account Center - For Students‍ 

  2. Click Refunds Tab

  3. Click Update Your Refund Choice button

  4. The Heartland ECSI page will load

  5. Scroll down to see the two refund method options

  6. Click the Select Button under Direct Deposit

  7. Scroll down

  8. Fill out your banking information

  9. Click Continue
     

  10. Double check the information

  11. Click the I authorize Box

  12. Click Submit button

  13. Confirmation Page will appear

  14. Close out of the page


Alternative Option - Paper Check

Before you begin

Make sure your address is correct in CCAC Self-Service. Your check will be mailed to the address on file. Updating CCAC contact information in CCAC Self-Service

  1. Log into the Online Student Account Center - Access the Online Student Account Center - For Students‍
  2. Click Refunds Tab

  3. Click Update Your Refund Choice button

  4. The Heartland ECSI page will load

  5. Scroll down to see the two refund method options

  6. Click the Select Button under Paper Check
     

  7. Scroll down 

  8. Verify Address information is correct

  9. Click the I authorize Box

  10. Click Submit button

  11. Confirmation Page will appear

  12. Close out of the page
