  2. Click on, Download Teams
  1. Click on, Download Microsoft Teams for Windows
  1. Microsoft Teams will start to install on your machine. This should take less than minute. 
  1. Once completed, the Microsoft Teams application will be open.
  2. Feel free to explore the Microsoft Teams application or click the “X” to close the program.
  1. Open your Outlook email, either desktop or web version
  2. Open your Outlook calendar
  3. You should now see two Teams icons on the Home Ribbon, (NOTE: your Zoom icons will remain for now)
