Display a Personal Device using the Touch Panel

A Laptop is Already Connected

There is a laptop already connected to the connections on the lecturn in the Boyce auditorium. This laptop stays in the Boyce auditorium and should not be removed. This device can be used for presentations as long as you have a CCAC NetID to login. If you would like to instead use a personal device, please carefully disconnect this laptop from the connections on the lecturn before connecting your own device.

There are only 2 connections on the lecturn, a USB-C and an ethernet cable. The USB-C cable control audio and video and also provides charging to the connected device.

  1. Connect your laptop as pictured
    1. If you are using a CCAC computer, plug the USB-C cable and network cable in to your CCAC laptop
    2. If you are a guest of the college, plug only the USB-C cable into your laptop
