Typically, pressing CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE while in the browser will bring the Clear Browser Data screen up.


Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click 3 dots
  3. Click Settings
  4. Under Privacy and Security, click Clear browsing data
  5. Choose All Time from the Time range drop-down menu
  6. Choose the following types of data to clear
    • Cookies and other site data
    • Cached images and files
  7. Select Clear data

  1. On your computer, open Firefox.
  2. At the top right, click 3 lines
  3. Click Options
  4. Click Privacy & Security
  5. Under, Cookies and Site Data
  6. Click Clear Data...

    • Cached Web Content
  8. Click Clear

  1. On your computer, Open Edge
  2. At the top right, Click the ...

  6. Click Choose what to clear
  7. Choose All Time from the Time range drop-down menu

    1. Cookies and other site data

    3. Site permissions

  9. Select Clear now
 

Safari

On a Mac

  1. On your Mac, Open Safari
  2. Click History
  3. Choose Clear History
  4. Click the pop-up menu
  5. Choose how far back you want to delete

On an iPhone/iPad

  1. Go to Settings 
  2. Locate Safari 
  3. Scroll down to PRIVACY & SECURITY section
  4. Tap Clear History and Website Data

Internet Explorer

  1. On your computer, Open Internet Explorer
  2. At the top right, Click the gear
  3. Click Internet Options
  4. Under Browsing history, click Delete...
  5. Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data
  6. Choose the following types of data to clear
    • Temporary Internet files and website files
    • Cookies and website data
  7. Click Delete
