What Happens
You go to log into your CCAC email, and your work or another school's email is displaying in Outlook.com.
Why This Happens
CCAC uses Microsoft 365 for email. Your company may also use Microsoft 365 for email. Because they both use Microsoft 365's Outlook.com will display the email account you last used.

Switching Between Different Microsoft 365 Email Accounts
Before You Begin
You will need to add the account to Outlook.com - Adding Different Email Account on Outlook.com
- From a web browser, go to the Outlook.com Inbox
- Click on the profile image
- Click the email account you want to switch to
- The inbox for that email account will load
