Why You May Need To Add a Different Email Account on Outlook.com

You go to log into your CCAC email inbox, and your work or another school's email inbox appears. 

Adding a Different Microsoft 365 Email Account

  1. From a web browser, go to the Outlook.com Inbox
  2. Click on the profile image
  3. Click Sign in with a different account
  4. Click Use another account
  5. Enter the email account you want to switch to
  6. Click Next button
  7. Enter the password to that email account
  8. Click Sign In button
  9. Follow the remaining prompts, this will vary depending on the company's settings
  10. Once, logged in, you will see the inbox
