Power and Setup

Turning on Equipment

  1. Locate the touch panel near the right side of the window
  2. If the system doesn't awake, tap the screen
    1. Tap “Video”if you wish to use the projector/screen either with or without audio.  
      1. The image below shows what the screen will look like when powered on 
    2. Tap “Audio Only”if you wish to only use audio within the space
      1. The image below show what the screen looks like when the Audio Only option is selected

Turning Off Equipment

  1. Locate the touch panel on the left side as you walk up the left stairs on the stage
  2. If the system doesn't awake, tap the screen
  3. Tap the Power System Off button in the bottom of the screen
    1. This may also be on the bottom right.
  4. Confirm you want to shut down by clicking the Power Down button
  5. The system will begin shutting down and will return to the start screen when complete

Connect to Video 1

  1. Ensure the cables are plugged in as pictured
  2. If you are using a CCAC computer, plug HDMI cable and network cable in to your CCAC laptop
  3. If you are a guest of the college, plug only the HDMI cable into your laptop.  
  4. Make sure the system is turned on
  5. Select Video Input: Video 1

Disconnecting Cabling

  1. Make sure the system is turned off
  2. On each input there is a silver tab
  3. Press the tab 
  4. While pressing the tab, pull the cable out from the input

When in Video Mode, the screen and projector will automatically turn on. 

Placing the display into a Video Mute 

  1. Press Video Mute to black out the projector screen but leave the rest of the system on

Audio

Adjusting an Individual Volume Microphone or Computer

  1. By default, all microphones are muted
  2. Identify if you are adjusting the volume for the microphones or computer
  3. Choose the △ button to make the volume louder
  4. Choose the ▽ button to make the volume softer
  5. Choose the Mute buttonto mute the sound
    1. Red mute button is Muted
    2. Grey mute button is Unmuted
