- Login to Navigate360
- Select Account from the left-hand navigation menu (depending on device you may need to scroll down)
- Select ‘Notification Settings’ from the Account page

From the Notification Settings page you can:

Add or change your mobile phone number
- If you enter a different phone number than the current one on file with CCAC please be sure to update your contact information in Self-Service

Toggle on or off Text Message and Email notifications for the various types of communications sent through Navigate
