1. Login to Navigate360
  2. Select Account from the left-hand navigation menu (depending on device you may need to scroll down)
  3. Select ‘Notification Settings’ from the Account page
  4. From the Notification Settings page you can:
    1. Add or change your mobile phone number
      1. If you enter a different phone number than the current one on file with CCAC please be sure to update your contact information in Self-Service
    2. Toggle on or off Text Message and Email notifications for the various types of communications sent through Navigate
      1. Tip: You can select the icon to learn more about the different notification settings
  5. Be sure to click the ‘Update Settings’ button to save your changes
