  1. Hover over the filethat you would like to share
  2. Click the Share icon
  3. Type the name of the person(s) you would like to share with and click their name to add them
  4. Click the eye icon and select the access you want them to have
  5. Click Invite to send an email invite
  6. To Share by link, click the settings icon to change the setting of the share link
  7. Select who you want to share the link with
  8. Under More Settings, click the down-down arrow and choose the access type
  9. Click Copy link and share with those you have given access
