Zoom is the college wide application for video conferencing (2 or more people). 


  1. Click the phone symbol in the navigation menu
  2. Click in the Search or dial section
  3. Type in the 4-digit extension or the full 10-digit number 
    1.  You can also click the numbers on the number pad to dial your 4-digit or 10-digit number
  4. Click the green video button


Making a video call using the Search, meet, and call section

  1. Click in the Search, meet, and call section
  2. Type in the 4-digit number, 10-digit number, or the internal employee name
  3. Click the green video button

Making a video call by hovering over a profile picture

  1.  Locate the individual you want to call in your contact list or message list in the navigation menu
  2.  Hover over the profile picture of the individual
  3.  Click the green video button

Making a video call from your messaging area

  1.  Click on the messaging symbol in the navigation menu
  2.  Click on the individuals name in the People and spaces list
  3.  Click the green video button
