Types of Availabilities 

  •  Airplane—The out of office reply is set in Microsoft Outlook

  • availability set to busy Orange icon—Busy

    • You'll get all message and call notifications

  •  Red icon—Do not disturb

    • You wont get any notifications, but you'll see your unread indicators, so you can see the messages you haven't viewed.

  • Quiet hours indicated by an avatar Moon—In quiet hours

    • Mutes all notifications and incoming calls

  •  Arrow—Sharing a screen or application

  •  Meeting—In a meeting

  •  Call—On a call

  •  Green icon—Active in the last 10 minutes

  •  Clock—Not active

Delete


  1. Click on your profile picture
    1.  Your profile picture will display a green circle around it when your are available 
  2. Click Availability
  3. Click on one of the default times that you would like to put yourself in a Do Not Disturb mode.
  4. If you want to set a specific time, click Set a time
  5. Click the first drop-down
  6. Click Today or Tomorrow
  7. Click the second drop-down
  8. Click the appropriate time
  9. Click the Save button
    1. Your availability will become automatically active after the custom Do not disturb time expires
  10. Your profile picture will have a red circle, with a red half-moon symbol indicating that you are in a do not disturb mode
