When entering your Seven-Digit Student ID (Colleague) number and it displays invalid, here are the reasons why this may happen. 

  • You have not registered to take a Placement Test
  • You are not registered for Classes
  • You don't or have not applied for and received Financial Aid
  • You do not have a recent driver's license on file

Other reasons could be:

  • You did not type the correct 7 numbers
  • The Student ID number entered does not match with your name in the college’s system  
  • You entered your NetID not your student number
