Enrollment Verification is used to provide proof of enrollment to a health insurer or other requesting company.

Before you begin

Current and former students must use their NETID username and password to access an enrollment verification certificate. Creating your NetID Student Account‍ 

  1. Go to www.ccac.edu 
  2. Click MyCCAC at the top of the page
  3. Enter your CCAC username and password
  4. Click the Sign In button
  5. Navigate to CCAC Central Self-Service
  6. Click Students under CCAC Central Self-Service menu
  7. Click Academic Profile 
  8. Click Request an Official Transcript or Verify Enroll
  9. Click Obtain an enrollment certificate
