Warning

Screen sharing will show what is on your screen. Similar to what you would see when you look at your device's screen. 

Before you begin

Reminder

All devices must be "Accepted" on the Interactive Touch Display before the device appears on the display.


iPhone /iPad

  1. From the App store, Download and Install Clear Touch Collage App
  2. Open the Collage App
  3. You may need to allow access to settings in your phone for Collage to work
  4. If it is not enabled, you will need to Enable Advanced Code Mode, found in the settings. tap the Gear icon
  5. Under Advanced code mode, tap the on toggle
  6. Return back to the main screen
  7. Enter the code that is on the Interactive Touch Display
  8. Follow the directions in the Collage app for how to screen share the device

Android

  1. From a web browser go to https://www.getcleartouch.com/collage/
  2. Install Collage
  3. You may need to allow the security warning
  4. Open the Collage App
  5. You may need to allow access to settings in your phone for Collage to work
  6. If it is not enabled, you will need to Enable Advanced Code Mode, found in the settings. tap the Gear icon
  7. Tap the toggle for Advance code mode
  8. Tap the back arrow
  9. Enter the code that is on the Interactive Touch Display
  10. Tap the Start button to begin screen sharing
  11. You may need to name your device, this will appear on the Interactive Touch Display, tap Save
  12. Allow the screen capture, click Start Now



Note

For security, you should set Chrome's unknown apps setting back to "Do not allow."

Settings > Apps > (your browser, Chrome for me) > Install unknown apps > Do not allow


Windows Computer

  1. From a web browser go to https://www.getcleartouch.com/downloads/ 
  2. Download Collage for Windows
  3. Install using the installer prompts
  4. Open the Collage App from the programs list or desktop 
  5. Click the Menu
  6. Click Settings
  7. Under Advanced code mode, toggle to ON
  8. Click the Back option
  9. Enter the code that is on the Interactive Touch Display
  10. Click the Start mirroring button 
  11. Adjust the settings if needed
