Outlook Application

  1. Select the email by clicking it once or double click to open the email
  2. Click File
  3. Click Save As
  4. In the Save As dialog box, in the Folder pane, select the folder or network location where you want to save the file
  5. In the File name box, name the file
  6. In the Save as type list, accept the default type
  7. Click Save
 

Browser / OWA


  1. Double click on the email to open it
  2. Right-click within the email
  3. Select Save As from the shortcut menu
  4. In the Save As dialog box, in the Folder pane, select the folder or network location where you want to save the file
  5. In the File name box, name the file
  6. In the Save as type list, accept the default type
  7. Click Save
