Outlook Application
- Select the email by clicking it once or double click to open the email
- Click File
- Click Save As
- In the Save As dialog box, in the Folder pane, select the folder or network location where you want to save the file
- In the File name box, name the file
- In the Save as type list, accept the default type
- Click Save
Browser / OWA
- Double click on the email to open it
- Right-click within the email
- Select Save As from the shortcut menu
- In the Save As dialog box, in the Folder pane, select the folder or network location where you want to save the file
- In the File name box, name the file
- In the Save as type list, accept the default type
- Click Save
