- From a web browser, go to my.ccac.edu
- If you are not signed in already, log into MyCCAC
- Locate the Outlook Icon and click on it
- Enter your CCAC email address
- Click the Next button
- Enter your password
- Click the Next button
- Choose the best option that relates to the situation of the computer
- You will now see your CCAC email inbox
Outlook App
App Store Link
- After downloading and installing, launch the Outlook App
- Choose Add Account
- Enter your CCAC Email Address
s - Select Add Account
- Enter your CCAC email address
- Tap the Next button
- Enter your password
- Tap the Sign In button
- Choose the option that is best for your device
- Outlook will load your Inbox
- If this is your first time using the app, you may be prompted for Outlook specific permissions.
Outlook Online
- In your browser go to https://outlook.com/ccac.edu
- Enter your CCAC email address
- Click the Next button
- Enter your password
- Click the Next button
- Choose the best option that relates to the situation of the computer
- You will now see your CCAC email inbox
Outlook Desktop
Students
This feature is not supported for students. It is recommended to use the Outlook Online option and create a shortcut on the desktop or favorite the page in the web browser.
Employees
- From your CCAC device, search for the Outlook app from the programs list
- Click on Outlook (classic)
- Outlook will open. If prompted, you may need to create an Outlook profile
- Choose a name for the profile, your NetID Username
- Click the OK button
- Choose a name for the profile, your NetID Username
- Outlook should find your account. If not, follow the prompts
- Click the Connect button. Other prompts may appear, follow those prompts
- Once connected, click the Done button
- Outlook should load your Inbox
