Note:

Only students currently registered for classes will receive an email account. 

You will have access to your CCAC email one hour after you create your CCAC NetID account.  Use your CCAC NetID username and password to log on to your CCAC email account. Your CCAC email address will be in the format NetIDUsername@acd.ccac.edu (enter your own username in place of the word "username"). You are required to use the CCAC email for all college communications.

NOTE: As of February 2024, ITS is working to move all CCAC email accounts from NetIDusername@acd.ccac.edu to NetIDusername@ccac.edu. If you registered on or after June 12, 2024, your email address will be NetIDusername@ccac.edu. If you registered prior to June 12, 2024, your email address will be NetIDusername@acd.ccac.edu. You will be notified via your CCAC email account when your email address will change. You should review your CCAC documents to ensure you know your CCAC email address. 


MyCCAC

  1. At the Single Sign-On page, enter your CCAC NetID username and password
  2. Click on Sign in to MyCCAC
  3. Click on the icon that matches your current CCAC email address
  4. Click Confirm to confirm your CCAC Email Address
  5. Your browser will launch a new tab containing your CCAC email

Outlook App

Note

The Outlook App is available for download in the Apple Store and Google Play.

  1. After downloading, launch the Outlook App
  2.  Enter your CCAC NetID username (NOTE: Your email address may have changed to NetIDusername@ccac.edu. Be sure you are entering the correct email address to avoid errors) 
  3. Select Add Account 
  4. Enter your CCAC NetID username and password
  5. Select Sign in
  6. Select the Outlook icon to view additional folder


Outlook Online

  1. In your browser go to https://outlook.com/ccac.edu
  2. Click on the Sign In icon
  3. Enter your CCAC email address. (NOTE: Your email address may have changed to NetIDusername@ccac.edu. Be sure you are entering the correct email address to avoid errors) 
  4. Select Next
  5. Enter your CCAC NetID username and password
  6. Click on Sign in 
  7. You will now have access to your email

This feature is not supported for students. It is recommended to use the Outlook Online option and create a shortcut on the desktop or favorite the page in the web browser.
