Guest Access
To access the applications offered through Office 365, you must have a valid CCAC ID assigned to you. Guest accounts and temporary accounts are not licensed for the use of the desktop applications at the college.
If you are a guest of the college, we recommend the following:
- If you are scheduled to use one of our self-service spaces or iTech classrooms, these are all designed for BYOD. We highly recommend you bring your own device with the appropriate software so that you can be sure you have the software and files you need for your presentation. Please work with your CCAC contact to confirm you are scheduled in an appropriate space.
- If you need to use a CCAC computer, your CCAC contact will request a temporary account on your behalf. These accounts have limited access and do not provide a license for Office 365. However, anyone can sign up for a free O365 account, which offers limited access to the online versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Please visit the following website for more information on how to create an account in advance of your event: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/free-office-online-for-the-web
