If you are logging into MyCCAC, and receive the screen error "Sorry, this site hasn't been shared with you." you will need to contact the ITS ServiceDesk.

Why does this happen?

  • You recently created your NetID, and the system has not processed the account creation completely.
    • Occasionally, it can take up to 24 hours for the system to complete
  • The account creation system was not able to complete the tasks to create your account.
    • Contact ITS ServiceDesk
  • Your NetID account does not have the correct access rights to the site.
    • Contact ITS ServiceDesk
