1. Go to my.ccac.edu

  1. Log in using your NetID and Password

  1. Click Sign in to MyCCAC button

  1. Click Pay Your Bill Icon

  1. If this is your first-time logging into the Online Student Account Center see Access the Online Student Account Center article for first time set up.- Access the Online Student Account Center - Community College of Allegheny County (ccac.edu) 

  1. Click Make a Payment on the Menu Bar

  1. See the Account Payment Screen

  1. Click Pay by Term button

  1. Select the Term you want to pay by clicking the check box next to the term

  1. Click Continue button

  1. Select Payment Method from Drop Down Menu



  1. Choose Credit or Debit Card from Method drop down menu

  1. Click Continue button

  1. Enter Card Number in Card Number Box

  1. Click Continue button

  1. Enter Name on Card, Card Expiration Date, and Card Verification Code (Security Code)

  1. Click Continue Button

  1. Review Payment Information
    If you need to correct anything about your payment click the back button.

  1. Click Submit Payment Button

  1. Confirmation Page will appear

  1. Payment confirmation will be sent to CCAC Academic Email


Alternative Way - Bank Wire


  1. Go to my.ccac.edu

  1. Log in using your NetID and Password

  1. Click Sign in to MyCCAC button

  1. Click Pay Your Bill Icon

  1. Click Make a Payment on the Menu Bar

  1. See the Account Payment Screen

  1. Click Pay by Term button

  1. Select the Term you want to pay by clicking the check box next to the term

  1. Click Continue button

  1. Select Payment Method from Drop Down Menu



  1. Select Bank Wire from Method drop down menu

  1. Click Continue button

  1. The Choose the Country Page will appear

  1. Type in the Country the payment is coming from in the Country you are paying from box

  1. Click Continue button

  1. Payer Information Page will appear

  1. Fill out the address of the Payer Information

  1. Click Continue button

  1. The Guaranteed Exchange Amount page will appear

  1. Click Accept button

  1. Click Finish button

  1. An email with instructions will be sent to the email address you entered on the previous page.

  2. Payment confirmation will be sent to CCAC Academic Email

Alternative Way - Electronic Check

  1. Select Electronic Check (checking/savings) from Method drop down menu

  1. Click Continue button

  1. Fill in the Name on Account box

  1. Select the Account Type under drop down menu

  1. Enter the Routing Number in Routing Number Box

  1. Enter the Bank Account Number in Bank Account Number Box

  1. Re-enter the Bank Account Number in the Confirm Account Number box

  1. Click Continue button

  1. Review the Authorization Page

  1. Check I Agree box

  1. Click Continue button

  1. Review Payment Information
    If you need to correct anything about your payment click the back button.

  1. Click Submit Payment button

  1. Confirmation page will appear

  1. Payment confirmation will be sent to CCAC Academic Email
