When entering your Student ID (Colleague) number and it displays invalid, here are the reasons why this may happen. 

  • You have not registered to take a Placement Test or did not take it yet
  • You are not registered for Classes
  • You don't or have not applied for and received Financial Aid

  • Your Student ID number is a full 7 numbers.  You did not enter the leading 0s.  Ex:  0001234 vs 1234
  • The Student ID number entered does not match with your name in the college’s system.  
  • Your NetID username is not the same as your student number.
    Ex: jsmith is the NetID username, 0001234 is the Student ID number
