When entering your Seven-Digit Student ID (Colleague) number and it displays invalid, here are the reasons why this may happen.
- You have not registered to take a Placement Test
- You are not registered for Classes
- You don't or have not applied for and received Financial Aid
- You do not have a recent driver's license on file
Other reasons could be:
- You did not type the correct 7 numbers
- The Student ID number entered does not match with your name in the college’s system
- You entered your NetID not your student number
