1. Click the down arrow then select People

 

  1. Search for the student – (This can be done by using exact name, phone number email, or adding an ‘*’ on the end of the search like the image below

 

 

  1. Click on the white space in the appropriate student record to open the student record

 

  1. Scroll to Origin Information and click on the External User Authentication ID

 

  1. Change Is Locked field from Yes to No

 

 

  1. Save & Close the record
