Returning students are given the first opportunity to register for the Fall or Spring semester at CCAC through the Priority Registration process. Students will receive an email from the CCAC Registrar approximately two weeks before registration to confirm their Priority Registration date. 

  • Registration for Fall term normally opens the first week of April (may be adjusted based on the dates for Spring break).
  • Registration for Spring term normally opens the second week of October.
  • There is no priority registration for Summer term.

Priority Registration Dates for Fall 2024 Term:

  • Monday, April 8: Military/Veterans students and their dependents
  • Tuesday, April 9: Honors, Student Athletes, International F1 students and Roadmap 4 (45+ college-level credits completed)
  • Wednesday, April 10: Roadmap 3 (30+ college-level credits completed)
  • Thursday, April 11: Roadmap 2 (15+ college-level credits completed)
  • Friday, April 12: Roadmap 1 (all other returning students)

Registration for new students opens Monday, April 15, 2024.

Returning students will see their Priority Registration date in Self-Service, AFTER the term schedule has been published for everyone to search/register.

Need to correct someone's priority date?

If date is missing or incorrect on SREP, do the following to confirm their correct date:

  • Vet? Check SPRO for student type of VET or VETDP.
  • International? Check SPRO for student type of INS.
  • Honors? Check COAF for STHON membership.
  • Athlete? Check COAF for the Athletic team membership.
  • Roadmap Level? Check STAL (UG level) for their current roadmap level.

After you've identified to which group they belong, reference the dates listed above to determine the correct date. Work with the Registration Director if you are not sure.

Go to SREP and change the existing entry for the term to the correct date. If date is missing (student returning after more than 3 years), enter Term, Start Date and Time of 12:01am.
