  1. Contact the CCAC Financial Aid Office to discuss the circumstances that have led to a major impact of your or your family’s income.
    Examples include, but not limited to:
    •    Loss of employment.
    •    A one-time large payout that occurred on your tax form.
  2. Ask the CCAC Financial Aid Office to provide you with a Special Circumstances form. 
  3. Submit the form to the CCAC Financial Aid Office.

Please make sure to include any documentation or statements that may better explain or show the circumstances that are leading to your request for further review. Failure to explain or show clear reason for review, may lead to denial or delay of request.
