What Is the Alerts Tile?
The alerts tile is a centralized location for notifications, sent to MyCCAC Hub. Think of it as an inbox for MyCCAC Hub notifications. You will be able to read and delete notifications. If you have the MyCCAC mobile app and logged into your CCAC Account, you will also receive a push notification (must be enabled) to your phone when a notification has been sent.
What Alerts Will I Receive?
You may receive alerts such as reminders, upcoming events, general information and more from different departments at the college.
Is This the Same as an Email Inbox?
No, while some communications may be the same, it is important that you check your CCAC email inbox regularly.
When Interacting With an Alert
Alerts are synchronized across all devices/platforms. This means if you read or delete a notification, that action will take place on all platforms.

Removing the Alerts Tile
It is not possible to remove the alerts tile from your home screen.
Where to Find Notifications
There will be a yellow tile on your home screen, labeled “Alerts”.
How To Know if You Have a Notification
There will be a badge at the top right of the tile, letting you know how many alerts you have that are unread. 
Viewing a Notification
- Click on the Alerts Tile
- A list of all the alerts will appear
Unread Messages
Will have a blue dot beside the heading.
- Click the alert you want to read
Deleting a Notification
- From within the message you want to delete
- Click the red “Delete” button

In enabled, you will receive a notification when the alert is sent.

At the bottom on the app, in the actions tab, there is a “notifications” section
