"Incorrect CCAC Username or password" at Sign in Screen

One of the following could be the problem:

"Uh-oh..." or "Something went wrong" 

Your CCAC account is not in the Navigate360 system. Contact the CCAC ServiceDesk at help@servicedesk.ccac.edu to let them know you need to be added.

"Your credentials worked, but we can't find your account"

Your username and password successfully signed you in, but your account has not been assigned a role in the system. Contact the CCAC ServiceDesk at help@servicedesk.ccac.edu to let them know you need to be added.
