You may be required to upload documents within CCAC Self-Service. This is a quick way for you to get the required document to the correct department. 

Location to Upload Documents

  1. From the main screen of CCAC Self-Service, click the person icon
  2. Click Required Documents

  1. From a web browser, go to https://selfservice.ccac.edu/Student/DocumentRequests
  2. You will see a list of documents that are still required

Uploading multiple documents

If multiple documents need to be uploaded, repeat steps 5-9, until all documents have been uploaded.


  1. From a web browser, go to https://selfservice.ccac.edu/Student/DocumentRequests
  2. You will see a list of documents that are still required
  3. In the "Attachments" column, you will see a button to Manage
  4. Click the Manage button in the row where you want to upload your document
  5. A window will appear, click the Choose File button
  6. Locate the file from your device
  7. Click the Upload button
  8. The file will upload
  9. Once uploaded, you will receive a notification
  10. When finished uploading the document(s), Click the Close button
  11. The Manage button will now display the number of attached documents

  1. From a web browser, go to https://selfservice.ccac.edu/Student/DocumentRequests
  2. You will see a list of documents
  3. Under the Status column, you will see the status of the document
