Confirm that the computer settings are set to automatic for both time and time zone. Confirm user is attempting login with a desktop, laptop, or Chromebook (tablets and mobile phones/devices are not supported). 

Troubleshooting tip:  User was able to successfully login to Examity using the SSO link in Blackboard from her cell phone (note: devices cannot be used to take exams).  This provides a strong indication this is an issue with the user’s computer and not Examity.
