1. Go to https://selfservice.ccac.edu/Student/UserProfile/EmergencyInformation
  2. Click the Add New Contact Button
  3. Fill out the Emergency Contact Information
  4. Click Add Contact


Confirming the Emergency Contacts Listed


  1. Go to https://selfservice.ccac.edu/Student/UserProfile/EmergencyInformation
  2. Click the Confirm button
  3. You will see an alert confirming your confirmation
     


Delete

Edit an Emergency Contact's Information

  1. Go to https://selfservice.ccac.edu/Student/UserProfile/EmergencyInformation
  2. Locate the contact you want to edit
  3. Click the pencil icon
  4. Update the contacts information
  5. Click the Update Contact

Removing an Emergency Contact

  1. Go to https://selfservice.ccac.edu/Student/UserProfile/EmergencyInformation
  2. Locate the contact you want to remove
  3. Click the X icon
  4. Click the Accept to remove the contact

Other Emergency Information

  1. Go to https://selfservice.ccac.edu/Student/UserProfile/EmergencyInformation
  2. Locate the Other Emergency Information section
  3. Fill out the information
  4. When you click out of that field, it will automatically save
