ITS Suggestion - Use a Passphrase

A passphrase contains symbols and numbers to replace certain letters and can be a complete or incomplete phrase. The length and complexity of the passphrase make your account more secure resulting in less required password resets. The more characters your passphrase has, the stronger it is. To make your passphrase strong by replacing letters with numbers or symbols, such as replacing the letter ‘a’ with the ‘@’ symbol or the letter ‘o’ with the number zero.
