Zoom Application Settings

  1. From the Zoom Application screen
  2. Click the Gear
  3. The settings window will appear
  4. Click Video
    1. Under Camera
    2. Choose the camera you want to use from the drop-down menu
    3. You will see a preview of what the camera selected is showing
  5. Click the Audio
    1. Under Speaker
    2. Choose the speaker you want to use from the drop-down menu
    3. You can click the Test Speaker button to hear the volume
    4. Under Microphone
    5. Choose the microphone you want to use from the drop-down menu
    6. You can click the Test Mic button to hear the volume

While in a Zoom meeting

  1. From within a Zoom meeting
  2. Click the ^ beside the microphone
    1. Under Select a Microphone
    2. Choose the microphone you want to use from the list
    3. There will be a check mark by the one Zoom is using
    4. Under Select a Speaker
    5. Choose the speakers you want to use from the list 
    6. There will be a check mark by the one Zoom is using
  3. Click the ^ beside the camera
    1. Under Select a Camera
    2. Choose the camera you want to use from the list
    3. There will be a check mark by the one Zoom is using
