Resetting the Webex Application    

In an effort to help in troubleshooting issues with Webex, we may ask you to reset the application. Please note, all customized settings will be lost.

  1. Click your profile picture in the upper left-hand corner 
  2. Click Help button
  3. Click Health Checker
  4. Click Reset database button
  5. Click Yes button
  6. The Webex application will restart
  7. Type in you CCAC Email Address in the work email address field
  8. Click Next button
  9. Type in your CCAC Username and Password
  10. Click Sign in button
  11. Once Signed in, WebEx will open
