If you are moving to a new office location, please reset the pin to the phone first. If you can't sign into the voicemail system, you wont be able to record a new greeting. 

  1. Log on to the Cisco Unity Voicemail System
  2. Press 4 on the number pad
  3. Press 1on the number pad
    1. After the pressing 1, the Cisco Unity Voicemail System, will play the current greeting
  4. Press 1 to rerecord 
  5. Press # on the number pad
    1. Pressing the # will end the recording
