Forwarding an incoming Call from your Desk Phone

This article will explain how to forward an incoming call and stop forwarding from your desk phone.

To forward calls received on your primary line to another number, press the Fwd All softkey.
Enter a phone number or press the Messages button to forward all calls to voicemail.
Look for confirmation on your phone screen.
To cancel call forwarding, press Fwd OFF.
