English as a Second Language

If American English is not your native language, you should take the EAL (English as an Academic Language) placement test, instead of the Reading Placement Test. You will meet with Dr. Anyango who will assist you to set up a time to take the reading test online. She will also set up a Zoom meeting with you to take the oral test.

Contact Dr. Anyango-Kivuva at lanyango-kivuva@ccac.edu after obtaining your 7-digit student number from the welcome email.
