"Incorrect CCAC Username or password" at Sign in Screen
One of the following could be the problem:
- Your CCAC Account is not activated
- Your CCAC Username is not correct
- Your CCAC Password is not correct or has expired
"Uh-oh..." or "Something went wrong"
Your CCAC account is not in the Navigate system. Contact the CCAC ServiceDesk at firstname.lastname@example.org to let them know you need to be added.Delete
