"Incorrect CCAC Username or password" at Sign in Screen

One of the following could be the problem:

  • Your CCAC Account is not activated
  • Your CCAC Username is not correct
  • Your CCAC Password is not correct or has expired
Delete

"Uh-oh..." or "Something went wrong" 

Your CCAC account is not in the Navigate system. Contact the CCAC ServiceDesk at help@servicedesk.ccac.edu to let them know you need to be added.
