    2. Check updates regularly
  2. Is your operating system compatible?
    1. Click here for system requirements
  3. When using the web-based Class app, Chrome is the supported browser.
  4. Did the app freeze or did a feature stop working?
    1. Try clearing your app cache 
      1. Windows
      2. Mac
      3. Android
      4. ChromeOS
  5. Log out and restart the Class app. You may want to also restart your device.
  6. Submit a support ticket through in-app support or to support@class.com
