Teams help you keep everything organized by putting multiple spaces under a common theme. Teams are great for a consistent group of people who are going to be working on something for a long time.

1. Click on the Teams symbol
2. Click the Plus button
3. Enter a Name for your team
4. Enter a Description of your team
   
5. Enter an Email Address or Name to search for people you want to add to the team
6. Click on the User you want to add to the team
7. Click Create
