CCAC's Help Center is currently under development. During this time, we continue to work on granting access to all CCAC users by running processes to add new users every few hours.

Additionally, we continue to add new knowledge articles for the ITS services offered to employees and student. If you cannot find support articles today, please continue to periodically check back as we are adding new articles each day.

Do you remember your student number, username and all 3 of your security questions answers?

You will need to call the ServiceDesk - 412.237.8700.
Please have your Student ID number ready when you call. 

The ServiceDesk will give you a temporary password. You will need to update your password using the Updating a Student (NetID) Password Article.

  1. From a web browser, go to
  2. Click the Next button
  3. Enter the captcha security code in the security code field
  4. Click the Next button
  5.  Enter your student number in the Student ID field
  6. Click the Next button
  7. Enter your last name in the Last Name field
  8. Click the Next button
  9.  Choose the option Reset My Forgotten Password
  10. Click the Next button
  11. Enter your Username in the NetID Username field
  12. Answer the three questions
  13. Click the Next Button
  14. Type your new password in the New Password field - Password Criteria Information
  15. Retype your new password in the Confirm New Password field
  16. Click the Finish Button
