1. Go to https://selfservice.ccac.edu/Student/
  2. Expand the Left Menu
  3. Click Daily Work
  4. Click Office Hours
  5. You will see your current office hours listed or have the ability to add times


Adding Office Hours

  1. Enter the Start Date and End Date in the fields
  2. Add the Start Time and End Time in the fields
  3. Choose the Building your office is in
  4. Choose the Room number
  5. Select the Days you are available 
  6. Choose the Frequency
  7. Click the Save button

Editing/Updating Existing Office Hours

  1. Find the date/time you want to edit
  2. Click the Pencil Icon
  3. Enter the Start Date and End Date in the fields
  4. Add the Start Time and End Time in the fields
  5. Choose the Building your office is in
  6. Choose the Room number
  7. Select the Days you are available 
  8. Choose the Frequency
  9. Click the Save button

Deleting a Listed Office Hour

  • Find the date/time you want to edit
  • Click the Minus Icon
  • Click OK to confirm



Note

Faculty secretaries can enter these dates/times in Colleague in the FAOH screen.
